Our latest offering is called “Coaching One”. This DVD is an invaluable resource for anyone who wants to understand more about how coaching works and what makes it magical.
Here, we watch Hilary Cochrane, Master Credentialled Coach, working with three clients. These sessions give us the rare opportunity to be privy to masterful coaching as it happens, with no scripts or role-play, just real-time genuine coaching interaction. Highlights include three live coaching sessions, a follow-up interview with each of the clients in which they talk about their work with Hilary, and an interview with Hilary Cochrane herself, in which she talks about her own philosophy of and approach to coaching.
