About Us

Colin:

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. (There are about 60 of these in the UK.) I have been trained in three different schools of psychology and hold qualifications in training and modern languages. My area of expertise is coaching people in transition, be this being promoted to partner, preparation for retirement or retrenchment or accompanying a team through a restructuring process. My experience includes coaching in legal partnerships, the military and finance. One of my clients described me as a 'gentle bulldozer'.

Kelly:

I am accredited as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and followed a rigorous practical exam process to attain this accreditation. As such, I am one of only 155 ACC Credentialed Coaches in the UK (2,539 ACCs worldwide).
I am currently enrolled on an applied psychology at work training programme.
My area of expertise is working with entrepreneurs and I am very interested in helping clients manage and make the best of challenging work environments that differ from the norm. My coaching style is direct. Working with me you can expect to be both challenged and supported.
